Freight delivery method

All parcels are dispatched from Melbourne, Direct Freight Express freight delivery service. Direct Freight Express provides a registered parcel service that requires a signature for collection of parcels.

Delivery times

Australian customers can expect freight delivery within 2-4 business working days. Asia, North America and Europe can expect delivery within 10-14 business working days. Direct Freight Express does not deliver on public holidays. Visit the Direct Freight Express website for information on their public holiday service.

Tracking

Most orders are trackable on the Direct Freight Express website. To track your order enter your Direct Freight Express tracking number or consignment number on their website. Click the logo below to track your order.

Delays

Normally 80% of international freight delivery arrive in less than 12 working days to any location. 10-20% will arrive in 2-3 weeks and still a few others will show up at around 30 working days. This is a reflection of inconsistencies with Direct Freight Express and their connecting agencies and not services provided by ATR PLASTICS.
